SHAOLIN STUDENT LEVEL 1:
The Shaolin Kung Fu is one of the oldest and most famous style of martial arts, that form physical and mental strength. Start your first steps in the way of the warrior by learning the basic techniques of the Shaolin. To take this class you should have done the Kung Fu Shaolin Level 1 - part 1 & 2 of Shaolin Wu Tao program, the journey to learn shaolin is not short, but I'll follow you step by step. The video are organized like mini classes, with warm-up and stretching in every lesson, so that you don't just learn the skills, but you also will develop your strength and flexibility. This is the traditional method unified with modern knowledge of the human body.
In this class you will learn other seven base techniques (Ji Ben Gong) that are focused on the kicks. The Baji Quan Ji Ben Gong and 2 TaoLu. The way of teaching is that you see and try, looking at every detail so that you can learn in a deeper level.

To take this class you should have done the Kung Fu Shaolin Level 1 and Level 2 of Shaolin Wu Tao program, the journey to learn shaolin is not short, but I'll follow you step by step.

You don't need to have done all of the other classes, but it would help. This classes are for learning the primal weapon of the shaolin: the stuff. In chinese is called "gun" (silent U).
As you see you start with the real basic, then the foundamentals and then the first taolu wich is availlable only throw here.
QI GONG ZHAN ZHUANG:
This course will help you to master the base technique of Zhan Zhuang Qi Gong for the inner energy. The instructions are based on the experiences of many masters and students: if you follow them precisely you will be in secure hands.
This are not an alternative of traditional health advises or medicine, but as a help, for prevention first and an accelerated healing in some cases. If by doing so you feel that you don't need as much medicine, that's great! But tell it to your doctor and make some checks before taking any decision.
The last section of the course, in fact, has some specific advise for specific problem, such as asthma, hangover and menstrual cycle.
The style of Baji is forbiden in Chine becouse of its violence and powerful techniques. Just from the basic moviment you will feel its potential.
